The words in "The Weather Man"

"I remember once imaging what my life would be like, what i'd be like. I pictured having all these qualities, strong, positive qualities that people could pick up on from across a room.
But as time passed, few ever became any qualities I actually had. And all the possibilities I faced, and the sorts of people I could be, all of them reduced every year to fewer and fewer until finally they got reduced to on, to who I am.
Things didn't work out the way I predicted.
Accepting that's not easy......
But easy donesn't enter into grow-up life."
I like " the weather man", especially Nicolas Cage's performance, who always try to bring his concerns to common people's life.
To my current life, I understand more about the above words and treasure more for whatever in front of me.
